Jaguel Hilton

Hailing from the Pampas region of South America, the Criollo is a breed shaped by history. These athletic stock horses are descendants of the mounts of Spanish conquistadors and still retain their ancestors’ regal appearance. Hardy and reliable, they quickly became the horse of choice for South American gauchos – the skilled horsemen of the region.

Born in 2007 and imported from Uruguay’s renowned Cabaña Septiembre, Jaguel Hilton is currently the only Criollo stallion standing at stud in the United States. “Hilton’s” achievements include two qualifications for the prestigious Freno de Oro/Freio de Ouro world finals, the breed’s most famous ranch horse versatility competition.

Now retired from competition and standing at his current home, Gravitas Criollos in Missouri, Hilton is helping to spread the word on what amazing partners Criollos are. His offspring are already demonstrating the breed’s versatility as working ranch horses across the USA.

Why we love this model

Jaguel Hilton is the first regular run release on the Bandelero/Criollo Stallion mould. This mould was originally released in 2024 as part of the Breyer Premier Club. It is always exciting to see a regular run release on one of the new sculpt as it not only makes the model affordable and accessible for all but also means that customisers can get their hands on one! I love the fact that this mould has a hogged mane with the forelock left on, it is such an unusual look and I'm a huge fan of a hogged mane.

Packaging Information

This model comes in their original Breyer packaging. We will protect the box with bubble wrap and then ship in a cardboard box with padding. They will be well protected on his journey to you but if you do have any issues please just drop us an email at: catriona@chestnutridge.co.uk

Plastic free shipping is available on all our items. Please just add into your order notes that you would like plastic free shipping*. Items will be shipped with eco-friendly bubble wrap, paper, starch packing peanuts, cardboard boxes and plastic free tape.

Orders will not include thank you slip or advertising slip. They will still include your free gift. They will not have a sticker on the outside of the box.
