Recycled Live VI is a UK model horse show for British and Irish breeds only. Held in the beautiful Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire this November it is a great show for those who love all types of model horses.

We have six sections covering all types and finishes of models with classes for performance and workmanship as well.

The ethos of Recycled Lives is all about recycling. All of the placings, rosettes and trophies at this show are being reused from previous shows. This means you get the chance to attend a show for a really low cost and also do something good for the planet.

This show is for British and Irish breeds only. UK workmanship is open to any breed but the piece must be painted by a UK artist.

The Cost

Full Table: £10.00 + Raffle Prize + Item of Food/Drink

The last two are part of your entry fee and are not optional - if you turn up without them on the day you will be directed to the local shop!

Proxy: £5.00

You are responsible for finding your own proxy shower.

Sales Table: £5.00

Showers are entitled to sell items at lunchtime at no additional cost. Sales tables for businesses will not be in the main hall but the entrance hall (by the kitchen) or small hall depending upon space.

If you are showing and also want a sales table please be aware that it is not possible to have this next to your table! You are more than welcome to buy one but will need to find someone to man it, or be prepared to run back and forth

Entry Terms

1. Entry fees are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances - once you have paid you have made a commitment to attend the show. Excess entry fees will be donated to the chosen charity.
2. Failure to attend (either dropping out last minute or not showing up on the day) could result in your place being forfeited at future shows without a refund
3. No deposits are available - full payment only secures your place

All entrants will get one full table - please make sure to keep your boxes under your table!

These rules are in place to ensure that everyone who pays for a place actually attends, we want the places to go to those who actually plan on attending and showing!

There are 18 full spaces available. Entries are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. We have additional space for sales.

This is a charity show so all donations will be greatly received. We are looking for:

Raffle & Sales

There will be a raffle at lunch time - tickets will be priced at £1.00 per strip.

There will be space for sales at lunch

Rules & Entry

1. This is an open show and therefore anyone may enter
2. 3 entries per entrant per in hand class
3. Each horse can only enter one breed class
4. Halters are allowed in breed classes but no other tack or handlers
5. Riders/handlers are mandatory in all performance classes with the exception of scene where not appropriate
6. No running, dogs or smoking is permissible in the hall
7. Take care when placing or removing horses from the ring
8. Do not touch or move any other model unless you have express permission to do so
9. Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave with no refunding of entry fee
10. The judge's decision is final
11. Any queries regarding the show or classes should be directed to the show holders
12. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult
13. Please sit at your own table throughout the show, do not place models on the floor or move them to another shower's table
14. The organisers, their agents, nor the owner of the hall, will be held responsible for any theft, damage or personal injury
15. Please bring a packed lunch - snacks and drinks will be provided
16. The show holder reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the show at any time without a refund of their entry fee. We will not tolerate poor sportsmanship, at all, ever
17. All collectability entries must be shown with an information card that as a bare minimum must include: Name of Model, Year Produced, Quantity Produced. You may also like to include: Event etc. produced for (e.g. Collector's Club, BreyerFest, JAH), any important variations, picture.

Prizes & Sponsorship

• There will be certificates to sixth place 
• There will be rosettes or trophies for champions
• Overall champions will get a rosette and possibly something else

Sponsorship Costs

• Class - £5.00
• Section - £15.00
• Championship - £10.00
• Alternatively, if you donate rosettes/prizes for a section/class/championship I will allow you to place advertising
• Sponsors get advertising in the show pack
