This is a Breyer Traditional Stud Spider, otherwise known as Appaloosa. This model was released from 1978-1989 and is a black blanket spotted on the Traditional Stud Spider mould. This was a regular run release.

This model could pass for PSQ but his condition is not perfect. All of his most major flaws have been photographed so please check the images carefully for this.

Packaging Information
